Sharkskin started as a retailer in 1986. We have learned over the years what is important to our dealers. We do business based on integrity and fairness, here are our promises to you...

1. Our M.S.R.P. provides for the highest profit in the industry. Free word of mouth advertising from sailors, climbers, hikers, divers and drivers around the world makes this possible. We advertise occasionally in select media, Sail magazine, internet, etc.
2. Your territory will be protected, one dealer per town or city or 100,000 people. Loyalty is important, our oldest dealer has been with us 24 years in Victoria Province Australia. When we receive mail orders we check for a local dealer 1st!
3. The warranty is real, you make the decision on whether or not the glasses are defective. Make these judgments abiding with reason, send the glasses with customer receipt (or copy) to us and we will replace them on your next order.
4. Customer service should be just that! 1-800-361-1200 is a free call from anywhere in North America. We strive to answer in person but on the rare occasion we can’t we return calls on that business day. We are closed Sundays.
5. Some years ago we were able to lower prices 5% by simply not having a credit dept. Use a credit card or COD, get some air miles, we both win.
6. Your 1st order is 12 pcs. and counter display ($245.00). Our ‘WIND SWEPT MAST’ counter display has been called, “The most profitable square foot in the store.” There are no minimums after this, buy as you wish. Shipping is $10.00 for any amount.
